There are a number of ways to contact us:
Please be aware we often receive a very high volume of calls which can affect our ability to answer in a timely fashion. If your call is not for an urgent matter, please do use one of our other methods of communication. Should you need to call us about an urgent matter, please be aware that your call may be placed into a queue.
Report an Absence
You must report your child’s absence every morning they are not in school. This daily contact is a vital part of our safeguarding process, even if you reported them absent the day before.
Please contact us before 8:30 AM (or as early as possible) using one of these three methods:

Arbor App: Send a direct message via the Arbor app or parent portal.

Email: Send an email to: absencereporting@parksideschool.net

Phone: Call the main school number on 01535 272752 and select Option 1 to leave a message.
What to include in your message:
Please clearly state your child’s full name, their tutor group, and a specific reason for their absence.
How to contact Key Teams:
Senior Leadership, Subject and Pastoral Staff
This is the best method to get in contact with a member of staff. Our team will will ensure your email is triaged and directed to the most appropriate member of staff. If you email a member of staff directly, there is no guarentee they will be received and may delay any response.
