Reporting an Absence:
To help us ensure every student is safe and accounted for, it’s essential that you let us know if your child is going to be absent.
You must report your child’s absence every morning they are not in school. This daily contact is a vital part of our safeguarding process, even if you reported them absent the day before.
Please contact us before 8:30 AM (or as early as possible) using one of these three methods:

Arbor App: Send a direct message via the Arbor app or parent portal.

Phone: Call the main school number on 01535 272752 and select Option 1 to leave a message.
What to include in your message:
Please clearly state your child’s full name, their coaching group, and a specific reason for their absence.
