Zoolab
Year 8 had a fabulous time today listening to a workshop with Zoolab in relation to Discovering the Rainforest.
This will complement their teaching and learning in the classroom as it links directly with a module on, aptly, the rainforest!
They had close encounters with:
He who shall remain nameless - a giant African land snail
Woody - the stick insect from the Phillipines
Riddick- the Asian forest scorpion
Milton - the giant African millipede
Ghost - the white rat
Jerry - the Australian white tree frog.
