Parkside Got Talent

The final and warmest week of the academic year, was enrichment week. We were delighted to present Parkside has Talent 2022 after a covid break of two years!

We saw around 25 acts audition over two lunchtimes and from these selected 10 acts to go through to the grand finals.

These students performed to the whole school over five different sessions and seriously wowed with their talent, courage and teamwork to put on a great show.

We concluded each session with whole year group karaoke and our students seriously raised the roof of the theatre in these sessions!!

The final results were:- 

3rd Place - Junior Rock Band - performing Play that Funky Music.

2nd place - Max Woodhead - performing Bohemian Rhapsody - keys and voice.

1st Place - Emily Fox - Performing Lost boy- Voice.

It was a lovely touch that the 2019 winner George Hague, was able to present this years winner with her trophy!

It was a fantastic experience and we look forward to returning in 2023... so Parkside students get practising those hidden talents!
