General Comments
Film Studies is a relatively recent A Level, it is now well established and fully recognised by all universities. It could be combined very successfully with English, Drama, Photography, Art & Design, Languages or Humanities. It provides an excellent progression for those who wish to follow a career in Film or the Media or other related areas or to any analytical course at Higher Education. The skills acquired through studying film can also prove invaluable in jobs which involve creativity or communication.
